Before I created Johnny M Fitness, I was stuck losing and regaining the same 20+ lbs for years...
In college, it seemed like I could eat anything I wanted without gaining a pound.
But sometime after entering the corporate world and taking on real adult responsibilities,
I became extremely out of shape.
Eventually I got sick and tired of avoiding the mirror and pictures all of the time...
And sick of putting in a ton of effort only to look the same, if not worse, 3 months later.
So I took everything I knew about diet and exercise to create my own approach.
Eventually I lost 45 lbs and kept it off for good while building muscle.
I did this while only working out 2 days a week (because that’s all I had time for).
And still enjoying the foods that I actually liked.
Now I help guys who used to be in shape go from dad bod and sluggish
to fit and energized again using a simple process... no matter how their lives have changed.
Instead of changing your life overnight or eating out of Tupperware (unless you really want to).
My approach starts with habit change and building a whole lot of momentum.
We only make things as hard as they need to be to get started,.
Once progress slows down, that's when we make things harder.
Following an approach like this is way easier to stick to.
Which is why my clients keep the progress they've made while working with me.
